Terms for FHI Vouchers

• The voucher is valid for 1 year upon date of issue.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for each redemption.
• The voucher is valid for one-time use and not exchangeable for cash in part or in full. Any unutilized amount for the voucher will not be refundable.
• The voucher is in Singapore dollars and is only valid with authorized FHI stamp and signed.
• The voucher can be used for purchase of higher value, on payment of the difference.
• Vouchers stolen or misplaced will not be replaced.
• Any voucher that is damaged and/or defaced will not be accepted.
• FHI will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet and the voucher holder or customer.
• Participating outlets and applicable services are listed on www.fhi-online.com.
• FHI reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice.
• All vouchers must be presented to the vendor before the transaction. Vouchers cannot be utilised after the transaction is complete.
